Gambling
Baidu Ads prohibits the sale or promotion of any gambling websites, tools, and online communities.

Including but not limited to fake ID cards, driver licenses, passports, business licenses, and graduation certificate
Adult Content
Baidu Ads prohibits the sale or promotion of any form of sexual content and services, both online and offline.
Illegal Goods
Including but not limited to counterfeit goods, restricted knives, guns, bows, cigarettes and wiretapping equipment.
Financial Services
Baidu Ads wants to make sure its advertisers comply with the Chinese regulations on financial services.
The prohibited services include but are not limited to sales of debit and credit cards, illegal fundraising, removal of bad credit and high-interest loans such as payday loans.
